To defy this, Hodan Nalayeh showcased Somali achievements and the beauty of Somali culture. CNN has said that Hodan uncovered “a positive side of Somalia rarely seen in the media coverage.” In this way, the journalist succeeded in undoing terrorists’ everyday messages.
